Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

We do offer international shipping. Just be sure to check the shipping rate before finalizing your order, and the customer is responsible for any duty or taxes.

Q. What are your shipping and exchange policies?

Q. How do I clean my gear?

Packs and Harnesses: Secure all buckles and straps by connecting them together. Hand wash in cold water, using mild soap. Rinse completely and hang to dry. Use a clean brush or rag with soapy water to clean spots and hard to clean areas.

Water bladder: Clean with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Inflate (blow them up) bladders and let them dry completely before using again. Leave the cap off when not in use. It is attached to the bladder so it will not be lost.

Collars and leashes: Collars and leashes can be washed in your washing machine in cold water and regular detergent. The material we use in both our collars and leashes is a blend of nylons and polyesters that dry quickly so hang them out to dry. Make sure they are completely dry before using again and putting around your dogs neck.

Q. How do I become an ambassador?

Q. How is your gear different from others?

Our dog packs are made with multiple adjustment points to ensure secure placement on your dog throughout your entire adventure. Additionally, all of our buckles and latches have locking features so all adjustments stay in place. These features prevent the straps from loosening as your dog moves and allows you to find the perfect fit for your dog. When creating our packs, our main priorities were durability and functionality. With triple stitching and top-quality, breathable fabric, our gear is made to withstand the elements and stay in place.

Q. How do I adjust the straps on my pack or harness?

Our dog packs and harnesses are reinforced with buckles to keep straps from slipping during long hikes. To adjust the straps, simply undo the buckle and pull the strap tighter or looser depending on your dog's size.
